Verse Apple Pie Tacos 🍏

Taco ’bout them apples. A fun twist on a classic dessert, these Apple Pie Tacos will become your new favourite summer treat. Important in-cider information: they’re infused with Verse Cannabis THC Drops. Slice, slice baby!

 

Ingredients

5 large flour tortillas

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

3/4 cup sugar

3 teaspoons cinnamon

4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup caramel sauce

Whipped cream or ice cream

Verse Water Soluble THC drops

 

Directions

1. Cut tortillas into 3.5-4 inch circles using a round cookie cutter

2. Combine melted butter, sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Mix and pour over tortilla circles.

3. Turn a muffin pan upside down and slide the taco shell in between muffin cups for baking. Bake for 5-6 minutes until puffy and crispy at 400°C.

4. Add chopped apples, lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar to a skillet and set to medium heat. Sauté the mixture until soft.

5. Simply spoon the filling into each taco, drizzle caramel and top with whipped cream (or ice cream).

6. Finally, infuse your apple pie tacos with Verse Water Soluble THC drops.

 
 
 

 

Verse Okanagan Peach Iced Tea 🍹

Spend some quali-tea time with this refreshing glass of Peach Iced Tea. Sure to be a hit, this classic cold brew is fresh, crisp and infused with Verse Cannabis THC Drops. So keep calm and put the kettle on.

 

Ingredients

3 ripe peaches, thinly sliced

1/2 cup granulated sugar

7 + 1/2 cups water, divided

Verse Water Soluble THC drops

 

Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine peaches, sugar and 1 and 1/2 cups of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Lower heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes. Every 5 minutes, stir and crush peaches into the mixture.

2. Pour the peach mixture into a blender and puree until smooth. Pour the puree through a mesh strainer to remove peach chunks. Pour into a pitcher and set aside.

3. Bring the remaining 6 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add tea, brew for approx. 4-5 minutes. Strain tea leaves or remove tea bags and add to pitcher. Stir well and refrigerate until cool.

4. Garnish with ice and peach slices (and don't forget your Verse Water Soluble THC drops!)

 

 

 

 

Verse Peaches and Cream Popsicles 🍑

Practice what you peach. Plump, creamy, and infused with Verse Cannabis THC Drops, these babies are sure to be a staple recipe all year round.

 

Ingredients

1 cup vanilla greek yogurt

4 ripe peaches, diced

1 tablespoon honey

1 peach sliced thin

Directions

1. Using a blender, add yogurt, diced peaches and blend until smooth.

2. Add Verse Water Soluble THC drops and mix.

3. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mould. Optional: add thinly sliced peaches to each mould.

4. Let popsicles freeze for 4-6 hours or until firm.

8 cups of diced watermelon

4 lemons

Directions

1. Using a blender, add diced watermelon and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.

2. Juice lemons and add to the watermelon juice.

3. Add Verse Water Soluble THC drops and mix.

4. Optional: garnish with mint and lemon wheels.
